The instructor’s primary responsibilities are to provide active and effective learning for students in all applicable educational settings, act as professional and academic role models and commit to student satisfaction. This includes teaching in classrooms, labs, and outside the classroom during campus and student activities. This position delivers high-quality instruction to students, combining theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience, develops and implements curriculum, assesses student progress, and ensures adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution required.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required; a degree in a health-related field is preferred.
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of California, in good standing and without restrictions or encumbrances, required.
Four years of occupational experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist required.
Direct, specialized knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the assigned area of instruction.
Demonstrated professional competency and technical expertise sufficient to provide effective instruction, demonstration, supervision, and evaluation of students.

Work may be performed indoors in a climate-controlled office, classroom, laboratory, or other instructional environment at an assigned Company location.
Campus, laboratory, clinical, and other instructional settings may include varying environmental and operational conditions associated with student learning and healthcare-related activities.
Employees are required to follow all applicable safety precautions, institutional procedures, infection-control practices, and site-specific requirements, including the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Depending on business and instructional needs, the position may be designated as on-campus, on-site, hybrid, or remote. Employees working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement must meet all established technical and worksite eligibility requirements.
