The Massage Therapy Clinical Coordinator oversees and coordinates the clinical aspects of a massage therapy program. They collaborate with faculty, students, and clinical sites to ensure that students receive hands-on training in a safe and effective manner.
This role will develop and update clinical policies and procedures, arrange clinical placements, evaluate student performance, and provide guidance and support to students throughout their clinical experiences.
Additionally, they may collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the massage therapy program aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Your Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory and schedule equipment maintenance in collaboration with clinic leadership.
• Order and receive clinic, lab and classroom supplies.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
• Manage general patient record keeping.
• Assist with questions, scheduling and operational duties.
• Coordinate clinic activities with stakeholders.
• Assist the Program Director to schedule and plan courses presented at the clinic.
• Adhere to, and support compliance with, clinic regulations (e.g. scheduling inspections, posting Patient’s Rights, bloodborne pathogen policies, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
• Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Word, TEAMS, CourseKey, CampusNexus, and clinic-specific applications.
• Knowledgeable in the daily operations and management techniques of a medical clinic.
• Familiar with the equipment and supplies used in a Massage Therapy Clinic, both in lab and classroom settings.
Your Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum one (1) year experience processing electronic payments and cash handling (required)
• Minimum of three (3) consecutive years as licensed Massage Therapist (required)

Work Environment:
• Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location.
Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
• This position is designated as onsite. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
• Travel Requirements: Local travel required 5%
