As an Admission Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our admissions administrative processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Sending daily FA calendar emails, HESI schedules, appointment emails, and additional daily reports as requested by the Director of Admissions.
• Accurate and timely data entry of enrollment agreements, inquiries, and interviews, along with processing change of status forms.
• Confirming test scores are entered into our systems and following up on any missing scores.
• Assisting the front desk with daily coverage of lunches and breaks.
• Processing all enrollments from interviews to future start dates.
• Collecting and processing all required documents, including student transcripts and criminal background checks.
• Maintaining knowledge of all admissions administrative policies, processes, and procedures and providing onsite training as needed.
• Creating and preparing campus reports and handling waitlist program documents.
• Ordering and maintaining all admissions collateral, including program materials and uniforms.
• Keeping staff informed of catalog updates, tuition changes, and policy updates.
• Maintaining an updated spreadsheet of current and future enrollments to ensure file accuracy.
• Performing various other administrative tasks and assisting with events as needed.
Your Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) are required; college degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in database and data entry.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf, and CRM systems is desired.
