The Program Director manages faculty and other academic staff and ensures effective leadership of his or her department and students. In addition, the Program Director is responsible for all applicable accreditation commission standards or agency regulations as well as all programmatic outcomes. The Program Director is also required to implement, monitor, and uphold all applicable policies and procedures to ensure effective functioning of the department. Salary rate range from $75-$85,000 annually based on experience and education.
*Sign-on bonus will be issued in two installments: the first half following 90 days of employment, the second half on the pay period following 180 days of employment, less payroll deductions and all required withholdings.
