- Must be credentialed in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
- Minimum of four years clinical experience in surgical technology with at least 2 years in the operating room scrub role within the last 5 years
- Minimum of an associate degree in surgical technology
Education / Experience
- Must be knowledgeable in the course content
- Must be effective directing and evaluating student learning and lab performance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior teaching experience preferred

Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
- This position is designated as Onsite; Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
