Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Achieve Placement Excellence: Meet or exceed accreditation benchmarks, ensuring that our graduates find meaningful employment opportunities.
• Building Lasting Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with students, graduates, and alumni to understand their skills and needs, facilitating optimal job matching.
• Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate documentation in CampusNexus and Graduate Employment files, ensuring the integrity of our records.
• Professional Development: Deliver impactful professional development workshops using resources like Pathway to Placement and other community assets.
• Employer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare employers, ensuring successful Concorde graduate placements. Coordinate student interviews professionally and follow up timely.
• Campus Engagement: Participate in campus activities such as graduation ceremonies, job fairs, PAC meetings, and student appreciation events.
• Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the college.
Other Comments/Requirements:
• Flexible Schedule: Evening and occasional weekend work may be required to accommodate student and employer needs.
Your Qualifications:
• Educational Background: An associate degree or higher is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in higher education career services, the placement industry, or Student Affairs.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
• Goal-Oriented: Experience in goal setting and meeting designated outcomes.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Community Knowledge: Familiarity with and relationships within the local community and employment opportunities.
• Critical Thinking: Advanced skills in critical thinking for training and career guidance
