- Licensure - Current unencumbered RN license to practice professional nursing in the state of CA
Education / Experience
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Experience - 4 years practical experience as an RN; Minimum of 2 years teaching in a pre- or post - licensure accredited nursing
- Course work in nursing, education, or administration
- Experience with nursing accreditation processes and compliance requirements
- Expertise in adult education, including teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and curriculum evaluation
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and external partners
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address challenges effectively
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to support program objectives
Abilities
- Able to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment
- Ability to develop and assess curriculum to meet industry and student needs
- Ability to leverage technology and teaching tools to enhance learning experiences

Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
