Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and procurement of skills laboratory supplies.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on equipment acquisition plans.
• Develop and execute simulation experiences aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Train faculty on simulation curriculum and operations.
• Provide remediation and practice sessions for student laboratory skills.
• Evaluate student progress and maintain records.
• Create a positive and professional learning environment.
• Chair the campus Simulation Committee and participate in organization-wide committees.
• Assume teaching assignments and contribute to graduation ceremonies.
• Maintain lab and classroom organization and orderliness.
Your Qualifications:
• Associates degree in nursing; BSN and MSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Active RN license to practice professional nursing in state of employment.
• National Simulation Certification, preferred.
• Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
• Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
• Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.
• Sim's experience preferred
