This position is for a clinical LVN Instructor- weekly- students do 12H clinical shifts. Must have ability to drive to clinical sites. LVNs with clinical experience and an Associate's Degree or higher are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

 

Instructional Excellence: Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.

 

Student Interaction: Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.

 

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.

 

Additional Contributions: Beyond the classroom, you'll participate in campus activities, events and meetings, assist with maintenance of an orderly classroom and lab, and contribute to a positive campus culture.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state of Oregon.
  • Unencumbered LVN or RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
  • 3 years of RN clinical experience or 5 years of LVN clinical experience required.
  • Associate's degree Required
  • Valid driver's license, ability to travel to different clinical sites.
