Position Summary
The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVPO) provides leadership, support, and development to the management team in assigned regions to ensure the successful execution of the Concorde mission. The RVPO may also serve as Campus President while overseeing and directing operations management for various locations. This position collaborates with corporate and regional resources to standardize best in class processes that are market competitive while driving successful student outcome standards and financial objectives. Oversee the creation and management of budgets for campuses within the region, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial goals.
Monitor expenditures and adjust to stay within budgetary constraints
Lead initiatives to optimize cost efficiency, ensure profitability, and manage resources effectively across campuses
Identify opportunities for revenue growth through new programs, expanded services, or operational improvements
Maintain full budget and profit and loss responsibility for the campus
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to campus directors and managers within the region
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability
Monitor day-to-day operations and visit campuses regularly
Drive strategies and process to meet business targets
Understand and communicate the strategic direction through various educational and communication medias
Facilitate and support compliance across the region and individual campuses
Review and analyze audit results
Monitor and support remediation plans or activities
When acting as a Campus President –
Manage and oversee campus operations (Admissions, Financial Aid, Academics, Student Affairs, Business Office, and Student Records)
Implement strategies and programs to reach goals and benchmarks
Achieve company and regulatory benchmarks (graduation rate, placement rate, licensure rates, and student satisfaction of assigned campus)
Mitigate and prevent periodic scorecard deficiencies
Establish/maintain a high performance team of professional, motivated and engaged staff utilizing effective training, performance management and career-development activities while leading them to achieve established business results and performance metrics.
Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements.
Other duties as assigned.
