Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities

As the DHR, you’ll serve as a key partner to divisional leaders and a critical liaison to centralized HR teams, with responsibilities that include:

  • Driving strategic people initiatives aligned with business needs and growth

  • Leading talent management efforts including workforce planning, performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development

  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies

  • Championing inclusive, compliant, and equitable HR practices

  • Coaching leaders on hiring, development, and performance management

  • Managing and mentoring a high-performing HR team

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and DEI teams to deliver holistic HR solutions

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably at the Director level

  • Experience in a multi-site, multi-state environment

  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance

  • Proven ability to influence leaders and manage complex people initiatives

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (UKG), SharePoint, and related tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred:

  • Healthcare and/or education industry experience

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification

Work Environment

  • Eligible for remote or hybrid work (must reside in EST or CST)

  • May involve occasional on-site presence at Concorde campuses

  • Safe, climate-controlled settings with student-facing engagement
