EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED (required); Education or IT degree preferred
- Knowledge of library systems and procedures
- Expertise with Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and effectively communicate findings to associates with varying
levels of technical expertise
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and networking concepts
- Working knowledge of online Learning Management Systems, Canvas preferred
Working knowledge of online Learning Management Systems, with Canvas preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support students and faculty
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
OTHER COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS
This role is required to occasionally work after-hours or weekends as necessary to perform tasks that may otherwise cause a disruption
