The Director, Campus Implementations, is responsible for leading the successful start up of new campuses, academic programs, and enterprise-level initiatives within the higher education portfolio. This position oversees the full lifecycle of implementation activities, including planning, coordination, and execution, to ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with institutional goals. The Director serves as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams, providing leadership, guidance, and accountability to achieve on-time, compliant, and high-quality launches.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000  

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage start-up plans, timelines, and budgets for new campuses and academic programs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet start-up requirements on schedule
  • Lead implementation meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
  • Serve as liaison between leadership and start-up teams, providing updates on progress and risks
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could affect scope, schedule, or quality
  • Partner with talent acquisition to ensure timely hiring and onboarding of key roles
  • Oversee purchasing and delivery of equipment, supplies, furniture, and fixtures
  • Conduct on-site visits to verify readiness, train leaders, and ensure standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
  • Create standardized processes, tools, and reporting for future launches
  • Evaluate post-launch performance and apply lessons learned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, operations, or implementation leadership (required)
  • Experience in higher education (required)

Work Environment

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises
  • This position is designated as Remote. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation
  • Overnight and/or Local travel required (up to 50%)
