Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Brand Manager builds and executes strategies that elevate the organization’s employer brand and strengthen talent pipelines across both schools. This role owns the full TA digital ecosystem, including the ATS, career pages, and all TA-branded and “life” social channels, and leads the creation of targeted recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and talent community initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and applicant quality.

 

Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $111,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all talent acquisition-branded and reputation channels, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other relevant platforms
  • Maintain and optimize career pages with current content, compelling visuals, and metadata to enhance search visibility and user experience
  • Ensure visibility of job postings and culture content across major aggregators (LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs) and AI-driven search surfaces
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that highlights employee stories, graduate success, and organizational values
  • Partner with Campus and Corporate Marketing & Communications to align design, messaging, and tone across all candidate touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source alumni and employee success stories for brand storytelling
  • Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns using social media, email, and digital advertising to attract high-quality applicants
  • Promote career fairs, hiring events, and open houses through integrated campaigns including social posts, email outreach, and paid digital placements
  • Own and optimize Google Ads strategy for employer brand awareness, open roles, and campus hiring, ensuring accurate targeting, keyword optimization, and ROI tracking
  • Partner with Marketing and IT to ensure TA content is discoverable in AI-driven search results (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT) through SEO, structured data, and keyword strategy
  • Regularly assess visibility and performance within AI search results and job discovery tools to maintain leadership positioning
  • Build and manage engagement programs across UTI and Concorde to reconnect graduates, veterans, and passive talent for rehire, referral, and advocacy opportunities
  • Develop targeted talent communities using the CXM platform, leveraging campaigns, newsletters, and nurture flows to maintain ongoing engagement
  • Track engagement and measure effectiveness through analytics focused on lead quality, community health, and conversion rates
  • Monitor campaign and ad performance (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) and social engagement metrics
  • Use SEO and CXM insights to inform future strategy and investment recommendations
  • Report on applicant quality, traffic sources, and brand reach across digital platforms
  • Serve as SME for the ATS and career pages, partnering with HRIS and Marketing to ensure optimal configuration, data integrity, integrations, automation, and user experience
  • Partner with Recruiters, HRBPs, TA Operations, and Business Leaders to align branding efforts, systems, and data across platforms
  • Coordinate with Alumni Relations, Learning, and Campus Operations to cross-promote success stories and events

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources or related field (required) -or-
  • A combination of education plus industry experience (required)
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in talent acquisition marketing or recruitment marketing (required) with demonstrated success driving awareness, engagement, and quality of hire through brand and campaign strategies (required)
  • Experience managing ATS, CRM/CXM systems and career page content (preferred)
  • Experience developing and managing digital advertising campaigns; including job ads, employer brand awareness ads, and event promotions; across Google, social media, and job board platforms, with the ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics (preferred)
  • Experience in education, healthcare or multi location organizations (preferred)

Skills: 

  • Skilled in digital and recruitment marketing tools, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Campaign Manager and job board advertising platforms
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing CRM/CXM and career page systems to enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign, SEO and applicant data to drive continuous improvement

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
  • This position is designated as Remote. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
  • Overnight and/or Local travel required (up to 10%)
